Delivery is optional, we offer different services that vary in price and time.
We do not accept returns. Only in case of error on our part. Send us a message beforehand and we will try to do our best to avoid having to make a return!
The free " ,Standard " delivery is in "Point Relais" mode via Chronopost. When choosing delivery before payment, if you choose "Standard", the package will be delivered to a relay point near you. This method significantly reduces costs and allows shipping to Europe at an acceptable price.
“Express” delivery is provided by Chronopost. Delivered in 24 hours in France and in 48 hours in Europe. Delivered directly to your home.
“Colissimo” delivery is provided by La Poste. Delivered directly to your home.

All embroidery is done by us. We create the designs ourselves as well as the programs that allow our machine to embroider the pattern.
Nothing is prefabricated. Everything is done when we receive the order.
Each design is unique. The positioning will not be 100% the same on each article.


👕Textile Description👕:
The model chosen for our embroidery support has been carefully considered. A classic cut that suits all body types. Unisex, it will suit both men and women. Refer to the size chart. In general, the size is long enough to cover more of the body and not to have too short sleeves.
A little advice to choose the size that suits you best: Take one of your favorite Hoodies / T-shirts and check the shopping site, a size chart is usually available. If you can't remember the purchase site, look for a label that mentions the brand of the textile (often these are wholesalers who supply many different brands)

The paper inside is a stabilizer for embroidery (you can cut it closer to the design if you want)
If an embroidery floss becomes damaged or unravels, burn it gently until the floss is close to the fabric.


⏳ Manufacturing and shipping time ⏳:
The embroidery takes between 1 and 3 days.
Our stocks are very limited, which can have consequences on the duration of the sending of the article. We always try to have a minimum of availability to be as fast as possible.
